Terms and Conditions
Credit terms are C.O.D. unless credit has been established with National Liftgate Parts. We now accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards. Minimum Order is $30.00 US.
Freight Prepaid on orders over $1000 on stock items, to continental US only (except special order parts and display items).
There will be a $35 charge for NSF checks returned. All returns must be accompanied by an authorization number subject to approval by National Liftgate Parts. A 20% Restocking Fee will be applied on returned items in salable condition.
We warrant for a period of nine (9) months from the date of shipment that articles supplied by National Liftgate Parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We agree to repair, or at our option, to replace (F.O.B. our warehouse) articles found to be defective in material or workmanship which are brought to our attention within nine (9) months from date of shipment. No claims for damages or for labor or expense required for repair of defective articles or caused by them will be allowed. THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
Use of original equipment and manufacturer’s names and/or part numbers is for identification purposes only, and in no way is meant to imply that National Liftgate Parts products are authorized or in any way affiliated with those manufacturers. National Liftgate Parts items are not made by, sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with Meyer, Northman, Western, Hiniker, SnoWay, Maxon, Waltco, Venco, Tommy, Anthony, DelAmerica, Thieman, Eagle, Pierce, Desert, Ramsey and Leyman, SPX/Stone/Fenner, Buyers, AutoCrane, Braun, Desert, Fisher, Monarch, MTE, Prestolite, Santa Anita, Ventura, Warn, Western.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous Terms and Conditions.
